TL;DR: There is no single best real estate digital marketing agency. The right choice depends on whether you sell homes locally, market new developments internationally, or need enterprise buyer acquisition. This guide scores ten agencies on six observable criteria, lists the evidence for each, and separates verified facts from agency self-reported claims. Clienvora, which publishes this guide, scores 3.0 of 6 and is ranked tenth. Evidence checked October 2026.
Last updated: 30 October 2026. Evidence checked October 2026.
Choosing the best digital marketing agency for a real estate business is not the same as hiring a company to manage social media or publish a few blog posts. Property businesses have different marketing requirements.
An estate agent wants more valuation requests and seller instructions. A property developer needs qualified enquiries for specific projects. A commercial real estate company wants to reach investors, tenants and businesses searching for suitable properties. The agency you choose needs to understand those differences. In our experience, we consistently find that the agencies that perform best are the ones that can show property-specific work rather than generic case studies.
We researched real estate marketing agencies serving the USA, UK and UAE, and measured 708 Dubai brokerage domains ourselves (see our statistics library), comparing industry specialisation, SEO capability, content marketing, lead generation, technology, published case studies and independent reputation.
This guide includes established real estate marketing specialists and one emerging agency focused on organic search and AI visibility.
It also explains which businesses each agency suits best, because the right choice depends on what you actually need.
How we selected these agencies
Ten agencies were scored on six verifiable criteria, and the full rubric and scores are published in this guide.
We scored ten agencies on six observable criteria and published the rubric, scores and tie-break rule. Each position is the output of that method, not an assertion.
A company does not become a real estate marketing specialist simply because it has worked with one property client. We looked for evidence of a more consistent connection with the industry, and we treated every agency-published figure as self-reported unless an independent source confirmed it.
The six criteria
Our evaluation considered six areas:
- Real estate experience: Does the agency work with estate agents, brokerages, developers, commercial property companies or real estate investors?
- Search expertise: Does it offer technical SEO, local SEO, property content optimisation and strategies for competitive location-based searches?
- Lead generation: Can it connect marketing activity with enquiries, property valuations, viewing requests or investor conversations?
- Content marketing: Does it understand property listings, neighbourhood guides, development pages, market reports and buyer education?
- AI search visibility: Does it explain its approach to Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity?
- Independent reputation: Are there identifiable reviews, industry recognition or third-party company profiles?
Published evidence, meaning named projects, case studies or measurable outcomes, was assessed as part of each criterion rather than as a separate area. This is why the rubric has six criteria while the evaluation covers six areas.
Evidence labels
We used three evidence labels throughout. Agency-reported means a case study, testimonial, service description or performance figure published by the agency. Useful, but not an independent audit.
Independent review means customer feedback hosted by an external review platform. It supports customer experience, not necessarily every performance claim. Directory or industry mention confirms market presence or sector recognition; it is not automatically a customer endorsement.
The scoring rubric
To make the ranking falsifiable rather than asserted, we scored every agency on six observable criteria worth one point each. A half point (0.5) is awarded when there is partial or unverified evidence for a criterion, such as a directory listing without verified reviews or a product launch without client outcome data.
These scores measure the availability and verifiability of published evidence against our criteria. They do not measure campaign effectiveness, client satisfaction, commercial performance or the overall quality of an agency. An agency scoring 6.0 is not necessarily better at generating property enquiries than one scoring 4.5. It means more of its claims can be independently checked.
| Criterion | How it is verified |
|---|---|
| 1. Named real estate case study published | Link to a named client project with a stated outcome |
| 2. Independent reviews | Clutch, G2 or Trustpilot profile with at least ten reviews |
| 3. Published AI search or GEO methodology or data | A documented approach or a published dataset |
| 4. Serves at least two of USA, UK, UAE | Stated market coverage |
| 5. Property sector specialist, not a generalist | Dedicated real estate service pages |
| 6. Third-party trade or industry mention | A link to an article, award or directory entry |
| Agency | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Luxury Presence | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 6.0 |
| Agent Image | 0.5 | 0.5 | 0.5 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 4.5 |
| Real Estate Webmasters | 1 | 0.5 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 4.5 |
| Starberry | 1 | 0.5 | 0.5 | 0.5 | 1 | 1 | 4.5 |
| Art Division | 0.5 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 4.5 |
| NEXA | 1 | 0.5 | 1 | 1 | 0.5 | 0.5 | 4.5 |
| InboundREM | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0.5 | 3.5 |
| Proven Partners | 1 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 0.5 | 3.5 |
| DMR Media | 1 | 0.5 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0.5 | 3.0 |
| Clienvora | 0 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 3.0 |
Agencies are ordered by total score. Ties are broken by years of documented client work. Scores reflect the evidence available in October 2026 and will change as agencies publish new material.
This distinction matters because search behaviour now extends beyond traditional Google results into AI engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Agencies that can explain how they monitor brand mentions, cited pages, competitor recommendations and the accuracy of information that AI platforms associate with a property business are better prepared for that shift.
What a real estate digital marketing agency should actually deliver
A real estate marketing strategy should connect activity to commercial outcomes across search, content, technical health, conversion and reporting. The six areas below are what that work must cover.
A real estate marketing strategy should connect activity to commercial outcomes. A useful proposal explains the connection between marketing activity and commercial outcomes.
Six things the work must cover
A real estate marketing strategy should include, and our real estate SEO services cover most of it. For the technical foundations, see our real estate SEO in 2026 guide.
- A search strategy based on your property market. Your agency should research the locations, property types and services you want to promote. A residential developer may need pages targeting project names, apartment types, nearby areas and investment-related searches. A commercial property company may need content around office leasing, industrial properties, commercial investment and asset management.
- A technical SEO foundation. Property websites can contain large numbers of listing pages, filters, location URLs, images and dynamic content. Your agency should review crawlability, indexation, internal links, page performance, structured data and duplicate content.
- Content that answers actual buyer questions. Property content should go beyond generic articles. Useful material includes development guides, neighbourhood information, property investment explanations, market reports, area comparisons and answers to questions buyers ask before contacting an agent.
- Landing pages that generate enquiries. Every important service and development page should make the next action clear. That could mean requesting a brochure, arranging a viewing, booking a valuation, speaking with a property consultant or submitting an investment enquiry.
- Reporting that separates traffic from business outcomes. Ask for reporting on organic traffic, search visibility, phone calls, form submissions, qualified leads and conversion rates. Where possible, connect these metrics with your CRM so you can see which channels contribute to actual sales opportunities.
- An AI search and GEO strategy. Property buyers and investors increasingly use ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when researching companies, developments and locations. Your agency should be able to explain how it monitors brand mentions, cited pages and the accuracy of information that AI platforms associate with your property business.
Quick comparison of the ten agencies
Ten agencies, three markets, different specialisations. Use this table to shortlist by primary market and business type, then read the profiles below for evidence and caveats.
How to read this table
These agencies do not offer identical services. Some specialise in property websites, others focus on SEO, while others manage advertising, branding and complete development campaigns. The profiles below explain those differences.

1. Luxury Presence, best for luxury real estate agents and brokerages
Luxury Presence is the highest-scoring agency in this comparison, with the strongest published evidence across all six criteria. It suits luxury agents wanting presentation, search and lead management together.
Luxury Presence focuses on the digital requirements of luxury real estate agents, property teams and brokerages. Its offering combines website design, real estate SEO, local search, content, advertising and lead management, and it has developed an SEO and Generative Engine Optimization offering that targets visibility across Google and AI-powered search platforms. Score: 6.0 of 6.
What makes Luxury Presence different?
Luxury real estate marketing depends heavily on presentation and brand positioning. A website needs to communicate the agent's market knowledge, property expertise and reputation while making it easy for potential buyers and sellers to get in touch.
Luxury Presence combines those requirements with search optimisation and lead-generation technology.
Its website reports that more than 30% of agents in the Wall Street Journal Top 100 use its platform. It also displays a 4.8 out of 5 rating based on more than 2,500 reviews hosted on its own website. These are company-published figures, not independent measures of campaign performance.
Its G2 profile lists 4.5 out of 5 from 73 reviews, and its Trustpilot profile provides additional perspectives. The reviews should be assessed separately because the platforms contain different samples and feedback.
Services to consider
- Custom real estate website design
- SEO and local search optimisation
- Generative Engine Optimization
- Hyperlocal property content
- Paid advertising
- Lead capture and nurturing
Best for: luxury agents, established brokerages and property businesses that want website presentation, search visibility and lead management under one provider.
Consider before hiring: ask which SEO and GEO activities are included in your package, who owns the website and content, and how the agency measures leads generated through organic and AI search.
Strengths: highest score on the rubric, strongest third-party recognition (HousingWire, Inc. 5000), documented AI search service. Limitations: self-hosted review count is not independently verifiable, and campaign results are agency-reported.
AI search assessment: a clearly documented SEO and GEO service. Independently verified, engine-by-engine property revenue results were not established in this research.
Score: 6.0 of 6.
2. Agent Image, best for real estate website design and digital marketing
Agent Image brings 25 years of real estate website specialisation and a large portfolio of launched sites. It suits agents and teams needing a dedicated website and digital marketing partner.
Agent Image has worked in real estate website design and digital marketing since 1999. Its services cover real estate branding, custom websites, IDX integrations, SEO and digital marketing campaigns. Score: 4.5 of 6.
What makes Agent Image different?
Its strongest advantage is its long history of building websites specifically for real estate professionals. The company reports more than 30,000 launched websites and 26 years of experience on its About page. HousingWire has also profiled the business and documented its real estate website specialisation.
In October 2026, Inman reported that Agent Image launched SiteAI, a product that adds an AI-powered question-answering experience to agent websites. The system aims to answer visitor questions and provide agents with more useful lead information.
This is an interesting development because real estate websites are no longer competing only through traditional navigation and listing pages. Visitors increasingly expect direct answers about properties, neighbourhoods and services.

Services to consider
- Custom real estate websites
- IDX and MLS integrations
- Branding and website design
- SEO
- PPC advertising
- AI-powered website experiences
Best for: real estate agents, luxury teams and brokerages that need a dedicated website and digital marketing partner.
Consider before hiring: separate the website development cost from ongoing SEO and marketing fees. A well-designed website does not automatically generate organic traffic.
Strengths: 25 years of real estate website specialisation, 30,000+ launched sites, Inman and HousingWire coverage. Limitations: Trustpilot rating of 3.6 from 25 reviews raises questions about recent customer experience, and SiteAI is an on-site product, not external AI search visibility.
AI search assessment: SEO, AEO and GEO services are advertised, but its website AI product should not be conflated with proven external AI-search acquisition.
Score: 4.5 of 6.
3. Real Estate Webmasters, best for large brokerages and property platforms
Real Estate Webmasters focuses on the technical infrastructure behind large brokerages: IDX integrations, property search, CRM and indexation at scale. It suits established brokerages with extensive inventories.
Real Estate Webmasters, commonly known as REW, focuses on technology and digital infrastructure for real estate businesses. Its offering includes real estate website development, property search functionality, CRM capabilities, IDX integrations and digital marketing support. Score: 4.5 of 6.
What makes Real Estate Webmasters different?
Large brokerages have different technical requirements from independent estate agents. They may manage hundreds of agents, multiple locations, extensive property databases and complicated website structures.
A poorly configured property website can create indexing problems, duplicate URLs, weak internal linking and difficulties managing thousands of dynamic pages. REW focuses on the website and technology infrastructure behind these operations.
That makes it relevant to businesses that need more than a standard template website.
Its case-study library includes work for Mike Perna, describing website refinement around SEO and visitor value. More usefully, an external Clutch client review reports approximately 80 to 100 weekly leads across Austin and Dallas offices and 3,000 to 4,000 daily website visitors. These are client-reported outcomes hosted independently, not an audited experiment isolating REW's contribution. The Clutch profile showed a 4.5 out of 5 rating from one review in the retrieved evidence, which is useful detailed feedback but a small review sample. Source: realestatewebmasters.com.
Services to consider
- Real estate website development
- IDX and MLS integration
- Brokerage website infrastructure
- CRM and lead management
- Search engine optimisation
- Property search functionality
Best for: established brokerages, larger real estate teams and businesses managing extensive property inventories.
Consider before hiring: check website ownership, data migration arrangements, integration costs, technical SEO responsibilities and how the platform handles large numbers of property URLs.
Strengths: deep technical infrastructure expertise, independently hosted client review with specific lead figures, property search and CRM integration. Limitations: Clutch rating based on a single review, and no UK or UAE market coverage.
AI search assessment: the company publishes a claim involving 12 million dollars in two sales originating through ChatGPT. Treat it as an agency-reported example and ask to see the underlying attribution.
Score: 4.5 of 6.
4. Starberry, best for UK estate agents and property businesses
Starberry is a property-focused agency with more than 20 years of estate-agency experience and a documented traffic case. It suits UK estate agencies needing search-to-instruction conversion.
Starberry has developed its services around the needs of estate agents and property businesses. Its offering covers website design, development, SEO, content marketing, social media, video, paid advertising and email marketing. Score: 4.5 of 6.
What makes Starberry different?
Its property-sector experience is one of its strongest advantages. The agency publishes a portfolio of work involving companies such as Kings Estates, Arabian Estates, Allegiance Real Estate and John Shepherd.
Its Daniel Cobb case study describes a campaign focused on improving local visibility and generating valuation opportunities across several London locations. Starberry reports a 473% increase in conversions for that project. The figure is agency-published and relates to the specific project, not a general result that every client should expect. The project started in June 2017 and Google Ads were introduced in April 2022, so the result reflects paid and organic activity combined, not SEO alone. Source: starberry.tv/our-work/daniel-cobb-marketing.
Starberry's property-industry presence is established by a Kerfuffle supplier profile, and a separate Kerfuffle article identifies it as the EA Masters 2021 Best Large Supplier winner with more than 20 years of estate-agency experience at that time. That is stronger sector-specific recognition than an undifferentiated agency list.
Services to consider
- Estate agent website design
- Local SEO
- Content marketing
- Digital advertising
- Social media
- Video and branding
- Email marketing
Best for: UK estate agencies, letting businesses and property companies that want an agency with direct experience in the property sector.
Consider before hiring: ask for recent examples from businesses with similar branch numbers, service areas and lead-generation requirements.
Strengths: 20+ years of estate-agency experience, EA Masters award, documented traffic case with specific monthly figures. Limitations: no UK/US market coverage beyond the UK, and no independently verified review profile on Clutch or G2.
AI search assessment: its Kings Estates material discusses readiness for AI-powered search, but a measured, attributable GEO campaign outcome was not established in this research.
Score: 4.5 of 6.
5. Art Division, best for independent UK estate and letting agencies
Art Division focuses on local visibility, valuations and landlord leads for independent UK estate and letting agencies. It carries the strongest verified agent review collection in this comparison.
Art Division has worked with property businesses since 2001 and positions itself as a digital marketing partner for estate agents and other property-sector businesses. Its services include websites, SEO, paid advertising, content and wider digital marketing support. Score: 4.5 of 6.
What makes Art Division different?
The agency focuses on the commercial requirements of property businesses, including valuation requests, homeowner enquiries, landlord leads and local market visibility. This is important for independent estate agencies.
A local branch does not necessarily need the same marketing strategy as a national property developer. It may need to attract homeowners considering a sale, landlords looking for property management and buyers searching for properties in a particular area.
Art Division's property-specific positioning reflects these requirements. Its website publishes cumulative figures for website enquiries, valuation requests, fees and SEO-driven leads. These are first-party company claims and should not be interpreted as results achieved for an individual client. Source: artdivision.co.uk.
Independent reputation evidence includes a Kerfuffle and CompareThePropTech profile displaying 53 agent reviews and a 5.0 out of 5 rating, with a latest review dated April 2026 in the retrieved page, plus a Trustpilot profile with property-sector SEO feedback.
Services to consider
- Estate agent website development
- Local SEO
- Content marketing
- Paid search and social advertising
- Digital strategy
- Property lead generation and reporting
Best for: independent estate agents and established property businesses in the UK looking for a sector-focused marketing partner.
Consider before hiring: ask for client-level reporting rather than relying on cumulative company-wide performance figures.
Strengths: strongest verified agent review collection (53 reviews, 5.0/5 on Kerfuffle), 23+ years of property-sector experience, published Google Ads case study. Limitations: cumulative company-wide figures are not client-level results, and the Google Ads case dates to 2019.
AI search assessment: a relevant property-specific GEO methodology is published, covering structured content, authority, reviews and third-party mentions. Independently validated AI-search lead or revenue results were not established.
Score: 4.5 of 6.
6. NEXA, best for UAE property developers and large real estate businesses
NEXA connects property advertising to qualification, nurturing and CRM for UAE developers and brokerages. It publishes the most detailed paid-media lead figures in this list.
NEXA is a Dubai-founded digital growth agency offering SEO, performance marketing, digital strategy, CRM implementation and lead generation. It works across multiple industries, but it has identifiable real estate projects that make it relevant to property developers and businesses operating in the UAE. Score: 4.5 of 6.
What makes NEXA different?
Its real estate offering connects advertising and lead generation with CRM and marketing automation. This matters in a market where property companies may attract enquiries from local buyers, international investors, tenants and people researching off-plan developments.
A campaign that generates hundreds of enquiries is not necessarily successful if the sales team cannot identify which prospects are qualified.
NEXA's Al Ghurair case study provides a useful example. The agency reports that its multi-platform campaign generated 11.6 million impressions and 856 qualified leads in three months, including search advertising and social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
Its Engel and Volkers example reports 284 sales-qualified leads in one month at a reported 80 dollars per lead, and its Gulf Sotheby's and Dubai Properties One JBR example reports 107 vetted leads over three months for an ultra-luxury development, with a quoted 171 million dollars in potential transaction value, which is potential value rather than realised sales revenue. All of these figures are agency-reported. Source: digitalnexa.com.
NEXA appears in Clutch's Dubai real estate SEO directory and its UAE real estate PPC directory. Those sector listings corroborate its market positioning, but do not independently validate the case-study numbers.
Services to consider
- Real estate SEO
- Paid search and social advertising
- Property lead generation
- CRM implementation
- Marketing automation
- Digital strategy
Best for: UAE property developers, larger brokerages and companies that need integrated marketing and lead management.
Consider before hiring: ask how the agency defines a qualified lead, how it handles duplicate enquiries and whether it can report the journey from initial contact to viewing, reservation or completed sale.
Strengths: most detailed paid-media lead figures in this comparison, CRM and automation integration, Clutch directory presence in two categories. Limitations: works across multiple industries (not a pure real estate specialist), and no independently verified reviews.
AI search assessment: a current GEO service is explicitly documented, including AI-search mapping and content and data readiness. Property-specific AI-search performance remains less substantiated than its paid-media work.
Score: 4.5 of 6.
7. InboundREM, best for organic real estate lead generation
InboundREM has the most concrete published AI-attribution case study in this list, connecting ChatGPT and Grok referrals to actual leads. It suits US agents building an organic channel.
InboundREM specialises in real estate SEO, local search, website development and organic lead generation. Its approach focuses on helping agents and brokerages attract potential buyers and sellers through relevant searches rather than depending entirely on paid advertising or third-party property portals. Score: 3.5 of 6.
What makes InboundREM different?
Its content strategy pays particular attention to local search behaviour. An agent serving several communities needs more than a generic page saying they work across a particular city.
Potential clients search for individual neighbourhoods, property types, local services and specific questions about an area. InboundREM builds content and local search strategies around those opportunities.
One of its published case studies, dated May 2026, reports that a client named Bret Wallace generated seven leads in March 2026, associated with more than 100,000 dollars in gross commission income.
The agency attributes three of those leads to AI platforms, including ChatGPT and Grok. It reports a total of nine tracked leads across March and the surrounding weeks, with 4.408 million dollars in associated property value. These figures come from InboundREM's own case study and should be treated as agency-reported results rather than independently audited financial records. Source: inboundrem.com/real-estate-ai-seo-leads-case-study.
Other published examples include neighbourhood rankings and a Tampa ZIP-code map reportedly attracting more than 4,000 monthly visitors. InboundREM has a Clutch profile, but the directory results reviewed identify it as not yet reviewed, so its profile's claim of a perfect review rating should not be mistaken for a verified Clutch rating.
Services to consider
- Real estate SEO
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
- Neighbourhood content
- Real estate website development
- AI search optimisation
- Organic lead generation
Best for: independent agents, local brokerages and real estate professionals who want to build an organic lead-generation channel.
Consider before hiring: ask how the agency distinguishes leads from Google organic search, Google Maps, paid campaigns and AI recommendations, and request examples of the actual attribution reports.
Strengths: most concrete published AI-attribution case study in this comparison, with named leads and platform identification. Limitations: US-only coverage, no verified independent reviews, and the attribution methodology is self-reported.
AI search assessment: among the more concrete published AI-lead examples in this list. Request CRM records, attribution methodology and the exact campaign-cost basis before accepting its advertised return on investment.
Score: 3.5 of 6.
8. Proven Partners, best for luxury property development marketing
Proven Partners works on luxury residential and resort developments for international buyers, starting from positioning rather than traffic. It suits developers launching projects to overseas markets.
Proven Partners is a specialist real estate marketing agency focused on luxury residential and resort developments. Its services cover brand strategy, development positioning, marketing and sales performance. Score: 3.5 of 6.
What makes Proven Partners different?
Marketing an individual property listing is very different from launching a residential development. A developer may need to establish a project's identity, communicate its location and lifestyle proposition, attract overseas buyers and support sales teams throughout the development's marketing lifecycle.
Proven Partners positions itself around those requirements.
Its portfolio includes projects such as Villa Embrace in St. Barths, Castelfalfi in Tuscany, Itz'ana Resort and Residences in Belize and Johari Beach Residences in Zanzibar. The company also describes work with developers, investors and landowners.
Its published work reports that Johari Beach Residences sold 23 of 23 residences within 16 months with buyers from 11 countries, that Sandbank Villas reserved 60% of phase one within one month, and that Itz'ana Resort and Residences sold 69 residences within 21 months and generated more than 5,500 leads. These are agency-reported project outcomes and should not be attributed to SEO alone, since Proven Partners describes integrated branding, advertising and sales-support campaigns. Source: proven.partners.
Proven Partners has a Clutch profile and appears in DesignRush's Dublin advertising directory. Third-party coverage explicitly notes that its Clutch profile was not yet reviewed, so directory presence is the independent signal here rather than a substantial verified-review history.
Services to consider
- Development branding
- Property marketing strategy
- International buyer campaigns
- Project positioning
- Creative and marketing production
- Sales support
Best for: luxury residential developers, resort developments and property investment projects targeting international buyers.
Consider before hiring: ask which parts of the project the agency will manage directly and which services it delivers through external partners.
Strengths: documented development outcomes with specific numbers, international buyer acquisition, integrated branding and sales support. Limitations: no verified reviews on Clutch, no published AI-search service or methodology, and outcomes should not be attributed to SEO alone.
AI search assessment: published real estate SEO case studies exist, but a comparably strong AI-search service or attributable AI-lead case was not established in this research.
Score: 3.5 of 6.
9. DMR Media, best for full-funnel luxury real estate marketing
DMR Media combines local search, paid acquisition and conversion-focused websites for luxury agents. Its published case study gives the most channel-level detail in this comparison.
DMR Media focuses on luxury real estate marketing, combining SEO, paid search, website development and lead generation. Its approach connects local search visibility with paid campaigns and conversion-focused websites. Score: 3.0 of 6.
What makes DMR Media different?
Its published case studies give prospective clients more detail about the work completed and the reported outcomes. One example is Eagan Luxury Real Estate.
According to DMR Media, the agency consolidated fragmented websites, developed an SEO strategy, created local content and introduced Google Search Ads.
Its case study reports that the business closed 11,075,000 dollars in sales volume in Q1 2026. It also reports an increase in daily Google Search Console impressions from zero to 812 and a 36.93 dollar cost per home valuation lead from Google Ads.
The campaign included both organic and paid activity. Therefore, the reported sales volume should not be attributed to SEO alone. Source: dmrmedia.org/case-study/eagan-luxury-real-estate.
DMR Media is rated 5.0 stars on Google and Trustpilot and is ranked first for full-funnel digital growth on Lister.ai's 2026 rankings. Those ratings and rankings are company-reported or directory-published and should be verified independently before they inform a hiring decision.
Services to consider
- Real estate SEO
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Paid search
- Website design
- Local content marketing
- Lead generation
Best for: luxury agents and real estate businesses seeking a combination of organic search and paid acquisition.
Consider before hiring: request channel-level reporting so you can understand the separate contributions of SEO, Google Ads, website improvements and sales follow-up.
Strengths: most channel-level detail in a published case study, with specific cost-per-lead figures. Limitations: ratings are company-reported or directory-published and should be verified independently, and AI search is not a documented strength.
AI search assessment: AI search is not a documented strength in the retrieved evidence. Shortlist DMR Media for full-funnel luxury marketing, not for AI-search consultancy.
Score: 3.0 of 6.
10. Clienvora, best for search-led real estate growth
Clienvora publishes this guide and scores lowest on the rubric at 3.0 of 6, with no client case studies or independent reviews yet.
Clienvora is an emerging real estate digital marketing agency founded by Amir Ali in 2025. Its positioning focuses on a particular part of the real estate marketing process: helping property businesses get found through search, publish useful property content and convert relevant visitors into enquiries. Rather than offering every possible marketing service, Clienvora concentrates on organic visibility and content-led growth. Score: 3.0 of 6, the lowest in this comparison, and it is ranked tenth on that basis.
Clienvora is the publisher of this guide, which is a commercial relationship readers should weigh when assessing its placement. It does not yet publish a comparable portfolio of independently verifiable real estate client results to the established specialists above. What it does publish is original, reproducible research: a crawl of 708 Dubai brokerage domains from the Dubai Land Department register, measuring which sites an AI engine can actually quote. Only 26 of 472 scored sites (5.5%) reach AI citability of 50 or above under our evaluation framework, 92.3% of licensed offices list no website at all, and GPTBot is refused by 90 of 603 responding sites (14.9%) while Googlebot on desktop is refused by only 12 (2.0%). This is a technical citability score, not proof that sites above 50 are quoted more frequently by AI engines. The dataset, methodology and limitations are published under a CC BY 4.0 licence at clienvora.com/research/dubai-real-estate-ai-visibility.
Its approach connects three areas that property businesses often manage separately: SEO, content marketing and conversion copywriting. For example, a property developer might publish a development page targeting a particular project and location. That page needs to appear for relevant searches, explain the development clearly, answer investor questions and make it easy for potential buyers to enquire.
A traffic-focused SEO strategy may address only the first part of that process. Clienvora's approach considers the search intent behind a page and the action a visitor should take after reading it. Its website also identifies Generative Engine Optimization as part of its service offering, with an emphasis on improving how property brands are represented across AI-powered search.
Services to consider

- Technical SEO audits
- Real estate content marketing
- Property content strategy
- Conversion copywriting
- Generative Engine Optimization
Best for: property developers, estate agencies, commercial property firms and real estate investment businesses that want to build organic search visibility and strengthen their content strategy.

What would move Clienvora up this table: publishing two named real estate client case studies with baseline, work completed and measured outcome (criterion 1, currently 0 of 1); earning five or more verified client reviews on Clutch, G2 or Trustpilot (criterion 2, currently 0 of 1); and one independent third-party mention in property trade media such as Inman, HousingWire, Estate Agent Today or Property Reporter (criterion 6, currently 0 of 1). The three criteria it already passes, research, multi-market coverage and property specialisation, are locked in. Moving up this table requires published client outcomes, not more content.
Consider before hiring: Clienvora is a newer agency and does not yet publish a comparable portfolio of independently verifiable real estate client results to the established specialists in this guide. Prospective clients should request relevant work samples, a documented audit, clear deliverables and agreed reporting measures before committing. Clienvora's service details are available at clienvora.com/about.
For commercial property specifically, our commercial real estate SEO services cover listing and location page work. AI search assessment: a clearly documented GEO service backed by a reproducible 708-domain dataset. Independently verified client revenue from AI search was not established, because no client case studies have been published yet.
Score: 3.0 of 6.

Request Your Marketing ReviewWhich agency should you choose?
The best agency depends on your business model, market and budget. Match the agency profile to your situation rather than choosing the highest-scoring name.
The best agency depends on your business model. A company marketing a luxury residential development does not need the same service package as an independent estate agent. Here is a practical way to narrow your options.
- Independent estate agency: prioritise local SEO, Google Business Profile, valuation requests and neighbourhood content.
- Property development: prioritise development launches, project landing pages, investor acquisition and international marketing.
- Luxury real estate: prioritise website presentation, brand positioning, local search and lead management.
- Large brokerage or portal: prioritise technical infrastructure, IDX integrations, website architecture and CRM.
- Organic search priority: prioritise technical SEO, property-specific content, local relevance and enquiry measurement.
For local visibility specifically, our local SEO services cover Google Business Profile, citations and neighbourhood pages.
If you run an independent estate agency
Look at agencies that understand local SEO, valuation requests, Google Business Profile optimisation and neighbourhood content. Starberry and Art Division are relevant UK options. InboundREM is worth considering for US-based agents and brokerages.
If you manage a property development
Look for experience with development launches, project landing pages, investor acquisition and international marketing. NEXA and Proven Partners offer different approaches to these requirements.
If you operate a luxury real estate business
Website presentation, brand positioning, local search and lead management become particularly important. Luxury Presence, Agent Image and DMR Media are worth comparing.
If you manage a large brokerage or property portal
Technical infrastructure should be a major part of your evaluation. Real Estate Webmasters and Agent Image are relevant options, particularly where property data, IDX integrations, website architecture and CRM requirements matter.
If organic search is your main priority
Compare agencies based on their ability to improve technical SEO, create property-specific content, build local relevance and measure enquiries. InboundREM and Clienvora have relevant search-led positioning, although their publicly available evidence and business maturity differ.
Questions to ask before hiring a real estate marketing agency
These seven questions separate agencies that can demonstrate property-sector work from those that cannot. Ask all of them before signing.
The seven questions
Use these questions during your initial discussions:
- Do you have experience with my type of property business? Ask for examples involving similar agencies, developers, investment firms or commercial property companies.
- What is included in your SEO service? Clarify whether technical SEO, content production, local SEO, link acquisition and reporting are included or charged separately.
- How do you measure qualified leads? Ask how the agency separates genuine enquiries from spam, duplicate forms and low-intent contacts.
- Who owns the website and content? Confirm ownership of domains, website files, written content, analytics accounts and advertising accounts.
- Can you show me a real case study? Ask for the starting position, work completed, measurement period and results. A screenshot of a ranking without context is not a complete case study.
- How do you measure AI search visibility? Request examples of prompt testing, citations, brand mentions and changes over time.
- What happens if results do not improve? A responsible agency should explain its reporting process, scope, review schedule and how it adjusts the strategy when something fails to work.

The right agency understands your property business
The right agency is the one that can explain how its work helps your property business attract the right audience and generate opportunities.
The best agency is the one that can explain how its work will help your property business attract the right audience and generate meaningful commercial opportunities.
A real estate marketing strategy should reflect the way your business earns revenue. An independent estate agent needs local enquiries. A developer needs qualified interest in specific projects. A commercial property firm needs to reach businesses, investors and tenants with different requirements.
That is why comparing agencies by their actual specialisation, services and evidence matters more than choosing a company simply because it appears first in a directory. For a deeper look at property content strategy, see our content strategy services. Start with your business goals. Review the agency's relevant work. Ask how it measures success. Then compare the proposed strategy with the results you need.
